Description

The Metabo WE 26-230 MVT Quick is rated at 2,600 W input and 1,800 W output, turning a 230 mm disc on an M14 spindle at 6,600 rpm (4,800 rpm under load) with 18 Nm of torque, and weighs 6.3 kg. Metabo credits the Marathon motor with patented dust protection for a long service life, and an electronic safety shutdown that cuts kickback if the disc jams. The VibraTech (MVT) system damps vibration, Metabo Quick swaps discs without tools, and the back and side handles rotate to three mounting positions. Electronic overload protection and restart protection round out the safety features.
