Description

INSIZE's 2263-6B digital rubber thickness gauge measures vulcanized rubber and plastic sheet from 0-10mm/0-0.4" at 0.001mm/0.00005" resolution with 5μm accuracy, applying a fixed 22kPa±5kPa of pressure through a 6mm-diameter flat contact point mounted on a stand so every reading uses the same, repeatable force. Buttons handle on/off, inch/mm, zero, data-preset and measuring-direction, preset values stay in memory after the CR2032 battery is changed, and the display powers off automatically after an adjustable time. Data output is built in, and alternative flat-point sizes and matching weight blocks are available to change the test pressure.
