Description

The INSIZE 9501-1200 is a coating thickness gauge supplied with a magnetic induction probe that reads non-magnetic or non-metallic coatings, such as zinc, chrome or paint, on iron, steel and magnetic stainless steel, over a 0 to 1250µm range. INSIZE states an accuracy of ±(3% of the measured thickness + 1µm), with a resolution of 0.1µm below 100µm and 1µm at or above it, in continuous or single measuring modes. It stores 600 readings, outputs over USB, and runs on two AA batteries. An eddy-current probe for non-ferrous metal, and larger-range probes for bores, grooves or thicker coatings, are available as separate accessories.
