Description
The INSIZE EMU-B100 is a pen type electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge that measures 1.5 to 150mm without a coupling agent, so it can check corroded or rough metal surfaces without sanding first. INSIZE states an accuracy of ±0.04mm up to 10mm thickness, tightening to ±(0.04+H/1000)mm and ±H/333mm at greater depths, with a sound velocity range of 1000 to 9999 m/s and a 20mm probe. It stores 10,000 readings across 100 files and sends data by USB or Bluetooth. Waveform display, a limit alarm, automatic zero calibration and probe identification are built in, and the probe can measure surfaces up to 600°C.
