Description
INSIZE's EMU-A100 pen type electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge covers a 1.5 to 150mm range without needing a coupling agent, letting it check corroded or rough metal surfaces straight away. Accuracy is ±0.04mm up to 10mm thickness, moving to ±(0.04+H/1000)mm and then ±H/333mm as thickness increases, with a sound velocity setting of 1000 to 9999 m/s through a 20mm probe. The gauge logs up to 10,000 readings in 100 files and outputs over USB. A waveform display, limit alarm, automatic zero calibration and probe identification are all built in, and it can measure on surfaces as hot as 600°C depending on the probe used.
