Description

The INSIZE 6573-1 is a non-magnetic edge finder with a Ø10mm shank and a Ø10mm contact point, used to locate the edge of a metal workpiece before boring or milling. INSIZE applies a TiAlN coating rated HV2500 for extreme wear resistance and states an edge-location accuracy of 5µm at a recommended spindle speed of 400 to 600rpm. Being non-magnetic, it can be used near sensitive electronics or magnetically clamped set-ups without disturbing them.
