INSIZE Zero Setter (With Cable) 9411

The INSIZE 9411 is a cable-connected zero setter for CNC machining centres and boring or milling machines, used to set tool-length parameters automatically before a job and to detect tool wear or breakage during and after machining. INSIZE states a repeated trigger accuracy of ≤1µm, a 5mm downward travel, an axial reset force of 6N±0.3N, and an IP68 waterproof rating, with a hard-alloy working face (HRA90-93) for scratch resistance. It ships with a 20mm mounting base, a 6m cable (customisable), and INSIZE's automatic zero-setter software for tool-length setting and wear detection; an optional 9411-C1 blow-cleaning device is available.
