Description

The INSIZE 6573-2 is a non-magnetic edge finder with a Ø10mm shank carrying two contact points, Ø10mm and Ø4mm, for locating a workpiece edge on both larger and smaller features before boring or milling. INSIZE applies a TiAlN coating rated HV2500 for extreme wear resistance and states an edge-location accuracy of 5µm at a recommended spindle speed of 400 to 600rpm. Being non-magnetic, it is suited to set-ups where a magnetic edge finder would interfere with the workpiece or fixture.
