Description

The Makita DTD201Z is an 18V LXT brushless cordless impact driver for heavy-duty work such as hex coach screws and hardware screws. Makita states up to 210 N·m of fastening torque and a top speed of 3,700 RPM. Four selectable speeds plus T-mode cover a wide range of jobs; T-mode drives self-drilling screws into thin metal at high speed, then stops once impacting starts to prevent over-tightening. A twin LED light, anti-bit-wobble structure, one-touch bit installation and XPT-compatible water resistance sit in a compact 121 mm body with a soft grip and electric brake. Supplied as a bare tool with a hook; battery and charger are sold separately.
