Makita UH021GZ 40V Hedge Trimmer 600mm

The Makita UH021G is a 40V max XGT cordless hedge trimmer with a 600 mm single-sided blade that has obliquely-angled, triple-ground teeth for a cleaner cut. Makita states the brushless motor drives the blade at 4,200 strokes a minute through branches up to 20 mm thick, with a reverse function to clear a jam, an electric brake with lock-off, and an anti-vibration housing built from two layers to reduce operator fatigue. It carries an IPX4 water-resistant rating and weighs 3.1–4.3 kg with the battery fitted. It is sold here as the bare tool, without battery or charger.
