Metabo SRE 4351 TurboTec Orbital Sander

Metabo's SRE 4351 TurboTec is a half-sheet orbital sander, taking 114 x 229 mm sanding sheets on a 350 W motor that runs at 8,400-22,000 orbits per minute with a 2.2 mm orbit diameter. Metabo states it gives "an excellent sanding finish without scoring marks and grooves, for a professional surface finish," helped by variable-speed electronics and a TurboBoost power reserve for tougher passes. Dust collects in a textile bag or a filtered cartridge, or can be drawn off through a vacuum cleaner connection. A removable, vibration-damped side handle adds control, and the sander weighs 2.6 kg with a 4 m cable.
