At 0.45 mm thick with an accuracy of ±9 µm by INSIZE's own figures, the INSIZE 4622-45 is a feeler gauge stock made of hardened alloy steel, 300 mm long by 13 mm wide, sold 10 pieces per package. Feeler stocks like this are used as shims to gauge or set clearances between mating surfaces, so the correct leaf slots into a gap such as a valve or bearing clearance for an accurate reading.
