Description

The INSIZE 4859-1A is a stainless steel welding gauge that measures crown height from 0 to 12mm and leg width from 0 to 20mm, both to ±0.2mm accuracy in 1mm steps, plus weld length from 7 to 30mm to the same accuracy. It also checks preparation angles of 55°, 60° and 65° and bevel angles of 117.5° and 122.5°, each to ±30 arcminutes, an adjustable angle scale from 20° to 80° in 10° steps at ±2°, and root gap from 0.5 to 3.5mm at ±0.1mm. The gauge combines these checks in one tool for inspecting weld preparation and finished welds on site.
