INSIZE Pipe Welding Gauge 4839-1

INSIZE's pipe welding gauge, model 4839-1, is a stainless steel tool for checking pipe-joint welds before and after welding. It reads bevel angle on end preparation at 37.5° to ±1°, pipe wall thickness from 0-45mm (0 to 1-3/4 inch) in 1mm steps to ±0.5mm, and internal misalignment from 0-35mm to the same graduation and accuracy. INSIZE also states fit-up gaps of 1.6mm and 2.4mm, crown height to 35mm, the distance between the two marking lines of a socket weld up to 60mm, and fillet weld length and height up to 30mm and 35mm respectively.
