Description

The INSIZE 4820-452 pitch gauge (low accuracy) checks the pitch of a screw thread by fitting a leaf into the thread's profile until it matches. INSIZE makes it from medium carbon steel, combining a Metric 60° section of 24 leaves for 0.25-6.0mm pitches with a Whitworth 55° section of 28 leaves for 4-62 TPI, 52 leaves in total. Having both standards folded into one gauge means a single tool can identify metric and Whitworth threads alike, without swapping to a second gauge mid-job.
