Insize 4830 Welding Gauge. This stainless steel welding gauge from INSIZE, model 4830, has a satin chrome plated reading surface and reads crown height from 0-8mm in 0.1mm steps to ±0.1mm accuracy, and fillet weld throat size from 0-20mm in 0.1mm steps to ±0.3mm. It also checks preparation angle at 60°, 70°, 80° or 90° to ±1°. The gauge body measures 100mm across and 60mm high, shaped with three angled arms so each angle check can be read directly against the weld profile.
