Insize 4835-1 Welding Gauge. INSIZE's welding gauge, model 4835-1, is a stainless steel tool with an adjustable scale that compensates for pointer wear. It reads crown height, fillet weld leg height and high-low misalignment each from 0-25mm (0-1 inch), undercut depth from 0-2mm (0-1/8 inch), fillet weld throat size from 0-20mm (0-3/4 inch) and length from 0-60mm (0-2 inch), all to ±0.5mm in 1mm steps. Preparation angle reads 0-60° in 5° steps to ±1°, and the gauge also checks a 45° angle to ±1°.
