Description

INSIZE's welding gauge, model 4838-1, is a stainless steel tool covering crown height (0-10mm), leg height (0-14mm), undercut depth (0-5mm, graduated to 0.05mm), throat size (0-13mm), weld length (0-40mm), preparation angle (90-150° in 5° steps) and gap (0.5-5mm), each accurate to ±0.5mm except weld length at ±1mm. It measures 62 by 77mm overall, sized for checking smaller fillet and butt welds.
