This stainless steel welding gauge from INSIZE, model 4848-1, reads high-low misalignment from -5mm to +15mm in 1mm steps to ±0.5mm, preparation angle from 0-45° in 5° steps to ±2.5°, and length from 0-50mm in 1mm steps to ±0.5mm. It also checks gap from 1-4mm in 0.5mm steps to ±0.25mm, and plate thickness against 1, 1.2, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.25, 4 and 5mm notches to ±0.1mm.
